NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

You’re fully in control when under hypnosis and don’t have to take on the therapist’s suggestions if you don’t want to, so it will only work if you want it to; and if necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state
Being in a hypnotic state is simply being in a deeply relaxed state, similar to that feeling just before you go to sleep. This allows the hypnotherapist to talk directly to your unconscious mind to give positive, supportive messages of change.
